I believe teaching is not just a job but a passion to serve students through leadership.
One of my favorite quotes is, 'I cannot change the world, but I can change the world of one person.' Hence, I always strive to be an educator who can contribute to changing the world of students
by helping them with all my resources.

Hyena is the best professor I have ever had. She is a wonderful teacher and a great person and does a good job at pushing her students. I have learned the most in her class out of any other classes I have taken. Love you Hyena!!!

When I started Graphic Design with Nam, it was a culture shock because of the amount of coursework and amount of time we had to put in outside of class. However, now she is one of my favorite professors because she treats us like graphic designers and holds us to very high standards. I have learned a lot about the real world of graphic design and have much more confidence in my work. I have made substantial progress thanks to Nam.

Hyena is so far the best professor I have had at this university. She really knows what she's teaching and is very engaging and insightful about the content we are learning. She does a great job at challenging all of her students to go above and beyond and has really encouraged us to be better designers. While being a positive professor she also has improved our knowledge of the subject tenfold. The progress I and my classmates have made over the semester is astonishing. We are lucky to have her here at Grand View.

Professor Nam always gives us detailed and honest feedback on our work which has helped me improve and I appreciate that I can trust her to tell me if something isn't working in my designs. She really cares about helping her students succeed also. She's compiled many resources for us that are useful for finding jobs and improving our portfolios, and I appreciate all the guest speakers she's had talk to us about our career paths. She has a great personality for teaching too. She is always positive and invested in us, and her work ethic inspires me to work hard even when I'm feeling unmotivated. I really appreciate all the effort she's put into teaching this class!!

I would be a terrible designer without you!! You have really changed the course and the program and you are an amazing designer as well as a professor. You are my favorite educator I have had during my entire time in academia, university or otherwise because of your personability and ability to communicate your knowledge of design to your students.
